AI Interviews can be created using a Job Description via the API. For the other two options, it's recommended to use the ZekoAI Dashboard.

2. Customize Interview

1. Refine Questioning Competencies

   • Customize using prompt

   • Change question type (Theoretical/Experiential/Case-based)

   • Change question difficulty (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced)

   • Manually edit competency explanation

2. Customize Competencies

   • Reorder competencies

   • Change the number of questions per competency

   • Set time per question (up to 120sec)

3. Add Question

   • Coding questions

   • Fixed static questions

   • Text input question

4. Test Interview & Publish

   • Try the Interview and Refine it further if needed

   • You can review AI-generated sample report

   • Finalize and Publish the Interview

Customization of the Interview can only be done on ZekoAI Dashboard. No APIs are available for competency customizations

3. Schedule Interview

2. Scheduling on your platform

   1. Fetch the public interview link using the Get Interview API and handle candidate communication at your end

      • In this case candidate has to log in before attempting the interview

      • Anyone with the link can attempt it at any time

   2. Send the candidate's name and emails in the GET Pre-authenticated Access Links and you can send pre-authenticated URLs to the candidate

      • In this case, the candidate doesn't have to log in. He/she can directly start the test

      • Only candidates with the pre-authenticated URLs can attempt it at any time (Configurable)

3. Schedule using Zeko APIs

   • Send the candidate's name and email in the Schedule Interview API with the interview slot

   • ZekoAI will send the Email, WhatsApp and Google Calendar Invite to the candidates

   • Candidates receive a pre-authenticated link using which they can directly attempt an interview without login

   • Candidates can reschedule the interview within the interview slot

   • Only pre-scheduled candidates can attempt the interview (Configurable)

4. Candidate Attempts the Interview

1. Checkout results on the ZekoAI Dashboard with filters and insights

2. Fetch results using ZekoAI API

   • Candidate Email, Interview Score, Interview Report Link

3. Configure webhook and you will get result data in realtime

   • Candidate Email, Interview Score, Interview Report Link
